STUDENT LEAVE POLICY

  • No absence will be accepted without prior approval.
  • In case of an emergency, the relevant subject teacher must be informed immediately.
  • Students must maintain a healthy attendance percentage. Any unapproved leave will result in parents being informed.
  • Multiple instances of non-compliance may result in expulsion from the batch, and the student will be required to pay the full fee again to re-enroll.
  • Accumulating three absences without prior approval will result in the student being barred from attending classes until accompanied by a parent.

TESTS & MOCK EXAMS

  • Absences during tests, test series, or mock examinations are strictly prohibited.
  • In case of an emergency, the missed test must be taken before regular class timings on the following day.
  • If the test is not taken within two days, the student will be referred to the Head of Academics, and the final decision will rest with the academic office.
  • Skills and Professional level students must attempt the session end test series and mocks as per the announced schedule. In case of absence, management will immediately contact parents/guardians. Mock discussions will be held at the designated time only. No rescheduling, adjustment, or extra time will be allowed under any circumstances.

EXAM DATES

  • Exam dates will be pre-decided and communicated by the teacher during class.
  • Students are expected to strictly adhere to the scheduled exam dates.
  • If a student deviates from the announced exam date, the teacher will not be responsible for accommodating the student once the batch has ended.
  • A maximum of four days, including the exam day, will be granted as exam prep leaves from other subject teachers (including weekend if applicable).

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Habitual late entry will not be tolerated.
  • In case of unavoidable delay, the student must immediately inform the concerned teacher.
  • Multiple delays exceeding 10 minutes may result in the student not being permitted to attend the class.

DISCOUNTS, FEE VALIDITY & RE-ENROLMENT

  • AFD students who score above 85% will be eligible for a 20% discount on their next exam.
  • Skills and Professional level students who score above 75% will be eligible for a 20% discount on their next exam.
  • Nationwide Distinction: 50% discount on next exam. Global Distinction: 100% discount on next exam.
  • Batch transfers and freezes are allowed only within one week of batch start date.
  • If a full-fee student attends more than one week and later discontinues, they must pay again to rejoin.
  • Fee freeze facility is valid for 3 months only.
  • Full-fee students must complete AFD level within 1 year or pay for remaining subjects.
  • Exceptional cases subject to management approval.
  • Finnovate IBF reserves the right to decline freeze or transfer requests.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

  • Students must maintain respectful behavior toward faculty and fellow students.
  • Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.
  • Smoking and vaping within premises are strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned. Repeated violations may lead to suspension.
  • Mobile phone use during classes is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation for the entire day.
  • Cheating, plagiarism, or dishonest conduct will result in strict disciplinary action, including possible removal.

INSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY POLICY

  • Finnovate IBF reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or policies when necessary.
  • All decisions made by institute management are final and binding.
